Pooja Furniture Return & Replacement Policy
At Pooja Furniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our space-saving furniture. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
Please note: We do not accept returns.
However, we do offer replacements only in the following cases:
Replacement Eligibility:
• The product is damaged or has manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs and/or videos of the damaged product and packaging are provided as proof.
Replacement Process:
1. Contact our support team at +91 99879 48485 within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order details along with the required photos/videos.
3. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement of the damaged item.
Important Notes:
• Products must be unused and in the original packaging for the replacement process.
• No replacements will be provided for damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or self-installation errors.
• We reserve the right to reject a replacement request if the damage is not reported within the specified time frame or lacks sufficient proof.
